The SY45 RZ5-160 is a truck-mounted concrete pump manufactured by Putzmeister Concrete Pumps GmbH. It has a flexible 5-arm RZ folding boom with a vertical reach of 44.1 meters and a horizontal reach of 39.2 meters. The pump has a heavy-duty design with state-of-the-art technology and fits into the weight regulations. The support system protects the machine, operator, and third parties from accidents and complies with EN 12001 and Machinery Directive. The pump has a simple user interface with an intuitive HBC wireless remote. The core pump has an output of 155 m³/h and a pressure of 80 bar. The pump is service-friendly with self-diagnosis tools for easy on-site maintenance, trouble-shooting tools, optimized maintenance point accessibility, and the dual-piston-retract function for faster piston change.
